Orders for stock items generally ship within 24 hours. We will notify you of any backorders as soon as we are aware of them; if you have an absolute need-by date, we invite you to either put your need-by date in the Notes field at the end of the checkout process, or give us a call after placing your order to check stock availability.
ALL returns must be made within 30 days of the original order date.
In the case of a customer error:
Lonestar Badge & Sign will gladly accept the return of unwanted, unpersonalized products that are in resalable condition. A refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee, will be issued upon receipt.
In the case of a supplier error:
We stand behind our products. In case of an error on our part while filling your order, we will either issue a full refund for the product or correct the mistake at no extra charge.
