LoneStar Badge & Sign will gladly accept the return of unwanted, unpersonalized products that are in resalable condition. A refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee, will be issued upon receipt.

In the case of a supplier error:
We stand behind our products. In case of an error on our part while filling your order, we will either issue a full refund for the product or correct the mistake at no extra charge.
