You must have Javascript activated to order more than 4 variations at once. If you try to submit multiple orders because you don't have Javascript, you cannot get correct bulk pricing. Any variations beyond the first four will disappear upon hitting refresh, or coming back from the order summary page. If you find that you have changes to make, you should go ahead and add the order to your shopping cart (there's no obligation yet), and from there you will be able to edit your cart item without a problem.ImprintingThere are three potential imprints on these holders. First is the background bar printed along the bottom of the holder. This is 7/8" high if you choose the extension, and 5/8" high if you don't. You may choose to screen print the bar, or we can melt a colored, transparent piece of vinyl onto the holder. Transparent vinyl colors are marked with an asterisk(*) on the order form, and are not available with Economy Service. Second is the text overlay. This is printed inside the bar, and may be screen printed in any color, or you may leave the color as "None" for a negative text print. Only negative prints are available with vinyl bar colors, we cannot screen print on top of them. The third print is your custom logo. This may be placed anywhere on the holder, front or back, and be as large as you wish, but keep in mind that the screen print is not transparent and may block your inserts from view. Additionally, you must maintain the same logo on all variations. You may change its color, but not its shape. Each time we have to create a mold, there will be a $50 setup fee. Each distinct block of text will require a mold, as will the bar (once), and your logo (once). If we do not have to create a new mold but must change the color, there will be a $20 setup fee. You will be able to see a summary of all fees on the Order Overview after you submit your details. Finally, there is a $0.03 per piece charge for the second color on a holder, and another $0.03 for the third color.ExtensionThe extension is an option that will allow you to insert your 3x4 insert without it being covered by the text bar. Additionally, it allows us to place the screen print between the two pieces of vinyl, making it a much more durable and attractive print. It will extend the holder's height by 7/8".Fasteners Pin Bulldog Clip White Cord Silver Cord Black Cord Pin/Clip Combo Standard Production TimeframeStandard production time is approximately 15 business days, based on standard quantities. If your order is exceptionally large, some extra production time may be required. Production time begins the day after we receive approval of your online layout proof(s). It takes approximately one working day for our art department to create your online layout proof. These times are approximate! Sometimes, orders ship quicker... sometimes, orders ship slower. If you are wanting a guaranteed ship date, you MUST choose our Rush service, if available. We ship over 90% of our orders on-time... but if you need it by a certain day and you don't want to end up in that 10%, choose Rush service. Your online layout proof will tell you your current estimated ship date. Once you approve the online layout proof, the order cannot be cancelled.Rush ServiceOur Rush Service is available for an additional fee. We can have your order ready to ship in 7 working days (beginning the day after we receive your approval of our online layout proof, or the day after your order for non-customized items). However, there are some important things to remember. First, exceptionally large orders may receive extended rush schedules. When you get your instant quote, you'll see an adjusted ship date that takes your quantity into account. Second, our production department must approve all rush orders, especially large orders. And finally, if you need your order by a certain date, expedited shipping is available, but you will be responsible for the additional costs. Please remember that there is no guaranteed delivery date for Ground shipments. If we agree to a rush schedule, and then fail to ship within the alloted time, we cannot offer a full refund. However, we will gladly offer a huge discount.Economy ServiceOur Economy Service allows us to better manage our production queue and pass the savings on to you. If you aren't in a pressing need for your order, you can enjoy savings of 10% from this level of service. Your order will ship in approximately 4-5 weeks. We won't be able to give you an exact ship date, but we will keep you posted on the progress of your order and e-mail you tracking information once it ships.Online Layout ProofAn online layout proof is a digital mock-up of the final product that we create to show you how your artwork will look on the finished product. Once we post a proof, you can log in to your account, view it online, and approve production. If your artwork is properly formatted, or you are ordering a text-only imprint without strict font requirements, we will have an online layout proof ready for your approval within one working day of placing your order (normally the same day). If we have trouble with or questions about your artwork, the process will take longer, depending on your response times. It is imperative that you respond to e-mails from our artwork staff in a prompt fashion, especially if your order is on a tight schedule.Artwork - How To Send, When To SendIf your order requires personalization and/or imprinting, we'll send you an e-mail with instructions for uploading it AFTER you place your order. Not providing production-quality artwork to us the first time is the leading cause of delays with imprinted and personalized orders. Read more about how and when to upload your Artwork in our FAQ section.What happens if we fail to ship on time?If you have chosen our Standard production timeframe, there is not a guaranteed ship date. If you have chosen our Rush Service, we will discount your order in the following ways: 1) Refund all Rush fees that you were charged 2) Refund 50% of the order total (excluding shipping and setup fees) In production, there are an unlimited number of things that can prevent an order from shipping on time. If we fail to ship a Rush order on the posted ship date, we will not refund the complete order. We will, however, refund the above amount and give you our sincere apology. We try hard to meet each rush order deadline. While we are wildly successful at meeting custom rush order deadlines (over 98%), there are circumstances that prevent us from accomplishing that goal. Also, we are not responsible once your order is handed to the shipping company. If we ship your order on time and the shipping company fails to deliver it, we will not give a refund.Needed By DateThis is your "in-hands date". This tells us when you need the order in your hands. If we see that the order cannot make it by the due date via the shipping method you choose, we will attempt to reach you by telephone or e-mail to discuss your options. |
