Artwork - How To Send, When To SendIf your order requires personalization and/or imprinting, we'll send you an e-mail with instructions for uploading it AFTER you place your order. Not providing production-quality artwork to us the first time is the leading cause of delays with imprinted and personalized orders.

The size is listed as 1/2" width, but the actual width may be a little narrower or wider. The lanyards are approximately 12" long, without the fastener length. Material ColorThe cotton material is available in your choice of one of the following five colors: Black, White, Navy, Royal Blue, and Red.ImprintingYour artwork or personalized text will be screen printed on each lanyard. Included in the lanyard pricing is a single color, front side imprint. The imprint should not exceed 3/8" high and the lanyards are no more than approximately 12" long.Printing ColorsOnly single color imprinting, either in Black or White, is available on the front side of each lanyard.Fasteners

Quick releases and length adjustments are not available on QuikShip style Lanyards.Same Day Production TimeframeWith the Same Day Production time, your order will be shipped the same day you place your online order. It's available only if your order is placed and the online proof is approved before 12:00pm CST. If you place the order or approve the proof after noon, the order will ship the next day.Online Layout ProofAn online layout proof is a digital mock-up of the item you've selected, that we create to show you how your artwork will look on the finished product. Once we post a proof, you can log in to your account, view it online, and approve production.
If we have trouble with or questions about your artwork, the process will take longer, depending on your response times. It is imperative that you respond to e-mails from our artwork staff very promptly, especially if your order is on a tight schedule. With same day production we MUST have your artwork approved before 12:00pm CST.Production ProofA production proof is NOT available for this item. You will only be provided with a visual proof of the layout to approve.Needed By DateThis is your "in-hands date". This tells us when you need the order in your hands. If we see that the order cannot make it by the due date via the shipping method you choose, we will attempt to reach you by telephone or e-mail to discuss your options.What happens if we fail to ship on time?If you have chosen our Same Day Rush Service, we will discount your order in the following ways if we fail to ship the order on time, providing that you have approved your proof by 12:00pm CST:

1) Refund all Rush fees that you were charged
2) Refund 50% of the order total (excluding shipping and setup fees)

We are not responsible once your order is handed to the shipping company. If we ship your order on time and the shipping company fails to deliver it, we will not give a refund.
