With name badges you just pay an initial set-up fee for on your first order of badges. After that point, if you order a badge with the same design you will not be charged a set-up fee. If you do however get a new logo, or change the badge there will be a new set-up fee charged.  Custom lanyards do have a set-up fee charged everytime when ordering.
