For stock products: Your card will be charged when your order is invoiced and ready to ship.

For custom products: Your card will be charged in two steps. One, we will place an "authorization" on your account. This authorization allows us to fraud-check your information (address, cardholder name, etc.) and also to ensure there are enough available funds on the account. This will impact your available credit. This will happen shortly after we begin to process your order. The second step, "capturing", will take place when we send your order to production, after your approval of the layout and/or production proofs.
