Well, yes and no.  Remember, we are an Internet company.  Our system, procedures, and staff are designed and trained to answer 99% of all questions online, using our request form or via our order status system (after the order is placed).  The reason for this is simple - we can give more accurate, more timely information using our online systems than we can over the telephone.  However, you can reach someone during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8a-5p CST.
