We carry a very large inventory. On any given day we have millions of items in one of our warehouses. If we tell you we have 100,000 of an item in stock right now, we may not have it in stock when you place your order. If you are in a rush for an item, we ask that you place your order online and use the notes field at the end of your order to tell us the things we need to know - such as "I need this by Friday the 3rd" or "If this item is not in stock, please let me know" - any notes are taken seriously and handled by one of our customer service representatives promptly. Although it is not required, you can call us AFTER you place the order. Remember, once you place your order online, you will get an e-mail with a link to view your order online. There, you can see the status of your order as it passes though our ordering system. There is also a place to talk to us about your order. Just click on the "Chat Live" picture on the right side of your screen. |
