How can I place a phone order?
You can place a phone order by calling 512-357-2261 with your information, however, please keep the following information in mind:
PHONE ORDERS ARE NOT PROCESSED QUICKER THAN ONLINE ORDERS.
In fact, quite the opposite is true. Most e-commerce websites have online ordering, but simply
get an e-mail with your order information and process it using that. We are a true online
business - everything, from our accounting to inventory to order and customer management, is
handled online. Our CSRs enter your order using the same shopping cart and the same website as
you. Phone orders are also delayed somewhat, as we require an confirmation
to be returned to us before we can process the order which can delay processing your order by 24 hours or more. Orders placed online by our customers
don't have to go through this step.
In order to cut down on errors in entering your order, we prefer that you place your order online.
Because of the high error rate associated with phone orders, we have implemented the following
policies:
- We will send you, by FAX or E-mail, a phone order
confirmation. This must be signed and FAXed back to us before we will
process your order.
- Phone orders are quite likely to be delayed in processing by
24 hours or more. (This is because of the manual data entry that our
staff must do before we can process your order.)
If you would still like to place a phone order, our customer service representatives are available
from 8am until 5pm Central Time, Monday through Friday, at (512) 357-2261.
Phone orders are not subject to our 12pm Order Cutoff policy... only orders placed online
by 12pm Central Time are guaranteed to ship the same day if items are in stock. Orders placed by
phone and confirmed by 12pm may ship out the same day... please call for verification.
