Can I get product samples?

We gladly send out product samples to potential customers. Here are some of the guidelines we follow regarding samples:

We ask that you review the product information online, including how the product is packaged and what minimum order quantities (if any) apply, before requesting samples. This helps to keep us from sending you samples of products that don't meet your needs.

Generally speaking, we only send out one or two samples per item. We also don't have every style, option, and fastener available as a sample.

We are unable to produce custom samples. However, when placing your order, you have the option of a Production Proof... an actual production sample made to your specifications. If you're not happy, you can cancel your order and only pay the production proof fee.

Each sample sent costs us over $25 (from shipping, product, and overhead costs). All we ask is that you look over the product information, including pricing and order requirements, before requesting samples.
