Not submitting your artwork in the correct format can be the leading cause of delays to your order. It's important that you send it to us correctly, so we can create the best quality art for your custom items.

If you don't have vector artwork, we can work with most other graphic formats. However, the resulting product may not be of acceptable quality. We can redraw most artwork at a cost of $51 per hour. If we feel this is necessary, we will ask for your permission to redraw your artwork and provide you with an estimate of how much it will cost.
